一、Job Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for channel sales of catering and food industry customers in East China, and independently develop new customers;

1、R & D Engineer

一、Job Responsibilities:

1、According to customer needs, complete the development of new products of compound seasoning and the improvement of existing products;

2、Responsible for product processing technology formulation, key indicator control and cost control;

3、Complete the related work in the laboratory test, pilot test and trial production stage of product development.

二、Job Responsibilities:

1、Full-time undergraduate degree or above, major in food, chemistry, biology, etc.;

2、More than five years of experience in food R&D, of which no less than three years of experience in R&D of condiments/flavors/food additives;

3、Familiar with the characteristics of various raw materials and additives, familiar with relevant laws and regulations.

2、Process R & D Engineer

一、Job Responsibilities:

1、Be responsible for the formulation and documentation of product specifications, product standards, process flow and other relevant indicators;

2、Optimize the existing product processing technology, and assist the kitchen R & D personnel in the transformation of catering products;

3、Responsible for the tracking and maintenance of product pilot test and mass production.

二、Job Responsibilities:

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in food, chemistry, biology, etc.;

2、More than five years of experience in food R&D, of which no less than three years of experience in R&D of condiments/flavors/food additives;

3、Proficient in food processing technology and processing equipment operation.

3、Raw material planning engineer

一、Job Responsibilities:

1、Classify and analyze raw materials according to the company's requirements, improve the raw material resource library and update it in time;

2、Understand the food industry, understand the characteristics of common raw materials, and be able to make corresponding analysis and justification according to the index characteristics of raw materials;

3、Find the corresponding raw materials according to the needs, and provide raw material support for the development of new products.
